"Relativistic" Creationist Cosmologies

Here I will be collecting notes and other work on creationist cosmologies that try to invoke relativity as a means of reconciling a large universe with a young (less than 10,000 years old) universe.

My Visit to the Creation Forum at McLean Bible Church and a Review of "Hubble, Bubble, Big Bang in Trouble"

Humphreys' "White Hole" Cosmology

Starlight and Time: Solving the Puzzle of Distant Starlight in a Young Universe by D. Russell Humphreys
  • It's interesting to note there is not one single Hubble diagram in this book comparing Humphreys' model to actual data, plenty of which was freely available at the time.
  • Russell Humphreys answers Various Critics. Even better is Sam Conner's nearly 200 page analysis of Humphreys' model. Check Conner's papers for how to contact him and obtain this.
  • Might be interesting to apply this non-tensor approach to general relativity to develop exercises with Humphreys model.
